Time to Testify

Zell and I went to Ralph's this week. There was a cart full of groceries and the bill was $120. Ouch. After my Ralph's Card it was $88. Still a little painful. Then I pulled out the coupons. After the coupons, the bill was $59. It was a total of savings of $61.45. I believe the correct term is Holler.

  1. emily, i don't understand coupon "doubling." do you take 2 and they accept both or is it like 2 uses of the same coupon? love you!

  2. Double coupons are like magic. Let's say I have 1 coupon for 50 cents off chicken. They take the one coupon and "double" its value, so it is now $1 off chicken. Now if it is for 75 cents off, it will still only be $1 off. They seem to cap the magic at a buck.
